Spaces are sold at this website with online portal. Access is gained once registration is approved. 

INDOOR MARKET

Wholesale is Open Year Around.

RULES AND REGULATIONS 

Eligibility & Standards

  • This is educational and cultural entity. All participants must be of Native American descent. A copy of Certificate of Indian Blood will be required upon submitting your application.

  • Native Art Market's outdoor market is held on the Salt River Pima-Maricopa Indian Community which requires a business license. Please see links further below. Native Art Market is now required to submit a list of participating vendors to SRPMIC each week.

  • Adult applicants who want minors to exhibit must be present with the minors at the event. We are currently accepting handmade visual arts such as Photography, Digital Art, Paintings/drawings in all media types. Handmade 3D art made from fiberglass, metal, sculptures, jewelry, crafts, or wood will also be considered.

  • Native Art Market selects and approves all participating artists. Artists not approved may not participate in the Native Art Market. 

  • Native Art Market oversees that artists only  provide high quality cultural art work. All items sold must be native handcrafted. Imports are strictly prohibited. Imports and imitation jewelry is strictly prohibited. 

  • Artists must arrive at least one hour prior to the start of the event, be present and show their work throughout the entire event and tear down at the end of the event. 

  • Early tear down is strictly prohibited. Any vendors who tears down early will be banned from future events and a no refund will be issued.

  • Native Art Market is not responsible for items left behind.

  • Leave no trace.

  • Please do not leave any unwanted items behind. We can not store your set up items.

  • Artists should clean up any trash from their area and place it in designated trash containers.

  • Be advised: Jewelry artists spaces sell out quickly.

  • Participants will be responsible for obtaining required licenses and authorization for images displayed.

Every Saturday and Sunday

Exhibit Spaces

  • One 10x10 space is provided. 

  • 10x10 spaces are allowed to bring White canopy or Turquoise umbrella.

  • Limited white canopies and umbrellas rentals will be available.

  • All canopies must be weight and secured. 

  • Complete tear down is not needed Saturday. However, items for sale must be taken with you. If you want to leave tables please ensure your canopy is wrapped all the way around with white canopy walls. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

  • For artist collaborations, only one space is provided.  

  • Each space must be kept clean and in good shape by the artist using it. Please clean your space before leaving. "Leave No Trace."

  • Each artist selected for a table space must provide their own table, chair and display items.

  • Each artist must bring his or her own tables, displays, such as easels, tables, pedestals, etc.

Fees & Deadlines

  • There is a yearly registration fee. Vendor applications are accepted throughout the season.

  • Selling spaces are separated into two categories; Jewelry and Non-Jewelry.

  • Our outdoor market is open weekends November through March.

  • Regular weekends are priced $125-$135 depending on category.

  • Holidays and Special Event weekends are priced $135-$165 per weekend.

  • Premium Space Fee: $25. You are set by entrance or booth of your liking.

  • Selling days are sold on a first come first serve basis.

  • Jewelry spaces and holiday weekends sell out quickly.

  • Native Art Market does not reserve spaces unless a payment is collected.

  • To keep market diverse and ever-changing, Jewelry vendors are are limited to 2 weekends a month.

  • Waitlist is provided for those who want to sign up for a sold out weekend. Text us at 707-733-6443 with date provided. Waitlist is also an option for those who want to participate for more then two Saturdays a month. Waitlist vendors are notified as soon as possible and payment is taken immediately. 

  • Refunds and Credits: There are no refunds or credit unless the entire market is closed for the day.

  • Special Announcements are usually texted and/or emailed to Vendor. 

  • SRPMIC BUSINESS LICENSE: $125 Annually; $25 weekend permit. Each artist is responsible to obtaining required business license from SRPMIC. SRPMIC gives the option of purchasing a year long permit or a single special events permit for the weekend. Please click HERE to obtain permit. Or call 

  • Each artist is responsible for obtaining their own insurance, if needed. 

Indoor Market CO-OP

Indoor Market is open everyday of the year. 

Store Hours: 9am-7pm

Exhibit Spaces

  • Variety of sizes and shelf space is provided for an artist to use to their liking.

  • Items are displayed year around and tracked by software for sales and direct deposits.

  • All vendors are set up on direct deposit.

  • Vendors are charged a monthly membership fee based on floor/ wall space needed. 

  • Each space must be kept clean and in good shape by the artist using it.

  • Each artist selected for a table space must provide their own table, chair and display items.

  • Each artist must bring his or her own tables, displays, such as easels, tables, pedestals, etc.

  • All Vendors pay a month membership fee anywhere $25.00-200.00.

  • Native Art Market does not reserve spaces unless a payment is collected.

  • To keep market diverse and ever changing certain categories are are limited to be displayed by only one artists/vendor.

  • Refunds and Credits: There are no refunds or credit.

  • Each artist is responsible for obtaining their own insurance, if needed. 

  • Take-ins for new inventory are accepted Monday-Wednesday. 

  • New Vendors are checked in Monday-Wednesday.

  • Items shipped in will have a $10 administrative fee.
